Thank you for considering staying at our beautiful Ohio properties!

We are Dean and Denise Opfer, we are a local family owner/operator of Knox County and hope you enjoy our properties as much as we do.  The Carriage Houses are on a private property consisting of 5 acres of woods, of course both Carriage Houses, and a shared pavilion.  The property, located within close distance to Knox and Coshocton counties, provide many indoor and outdoor adventures outside of this immediate area.  For more info, please visit the "Food Scene" and "Activities & Attractions" portion of this site.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and as relaxing as possible!  We have already made many improvements, and plan on continuing to make more. We encourage all guests ideas and comments on how we can make our properties more enjoyable for your future stays.
