Thank you for considering The Carriage Houses or The Duff St. Farmhouse for your getaway!

We are Dean and Denise Opfer, we are a local family owner/operator of Knox County and hope you enjoy our properties as much as we do.  The Carriage Houses are on a private property consisting of 5 acres of woods, of course both Carriage Houses, and a shared pavilion.  The property is a few minutes walk to the winery, and Knox and Coshocton counties provide many indoor and outdoor adventures outside of this immediate area and the winery.  For more info, please visit the "Food Scene" and "Activities & Attractions" portion of this site.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and as relaxing as possible!  We have already made many improvements, and plan on continuing to make more. We encourage all guests ideas and comments on how we can make our properties more enjoyable for your future stays.

COVID-19: Due to the virus we are taking extreme cleaning measures to keep our staff and our guests safe.  We ask that you do not show up early or leave late.  Our staff needs as much time as possible to do a full disinfecting treatment on the Carriage House.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
